Driveline, Rotating Component, & Gearbox Testing
Clark Testing’s Driveline, Rotating Component & Gearbox Testing has been in the testing business for over 50 years. Over that time we have performed testing on products ranging from small components like starters and air motors to transmissions and axles in excess of 1000 horsepower. Our well-equipped facility is capable of testing vehicles, sub-assemblies, and individual components for a wide variety of tests on everything from heavy off-highway equipment to performance competition vehicles.
Our driveline, rotating component & gearbox testing laboratory has years of experience in testing axles, brakes, bearings, clutches, gearboxes, torque converters, transaxles, transfer cases, transmissions, and driveshafts. We can also test electric motors with driving and overhauling loads up to 1300 horsepower. Note that we do not supply drive systems for test motors. Our bus bar system at Clark can supply up to 600 amps at 480 volts to power your motor drive, with 2300 volt supply options as well.
Full vehicle testing options include cooling system performance, driveline studies, and durability testing.
